Well, it’s been a while since we’ve done one of these, isn’t it? While John and Severin have been working on Dungeon Panic I’ve mostly been off in the corner adding bits and pieces to Princess Panic. I’m still pretty confident it will be a thing someday. Enjoy this little bit of Brittany, whose character I recently started working on. -Josh We got some more Kickstarter goodies to show! These are the sticker sheets for the princesses, which many of you will be getting. It includes sticker versions of some of my earlier PrinPan art (with a bit of cleanup and added colors) as well as some new drawings by Severin. Put them on your laptop. It’ll be a great way to make friends!  NOW PLAYING - the Dungeon Panic backer comic! As y’all may recall, all backers get access to this, even the ones who pledged a buck! Right now we’ll be finishing and posting a page weekly as a series of Backer-only Kickstarter updates, located right over here. Once it’s over, we’ll create a PDF version and send a link in a message to all the backers. Since we promised an extra page for every $500 pledged after the goal, the total size of the comic will be 20 pages! This means that with the deadlines we’ve made, the game should be out before the comic ends. If you’d like to see the comic, but didn’t get a chance to back the project, we’re considering a few things, like making the PDF available for a few bucks on Gumroad once it’s done and selling print versions at cons. BURGERMANCERS  The Burgermancers descend from the tall peaks of Borealis, spreading fear among fast food vendors far and wide, descending on hapless burgers in the dead of night and draining them of life. To execute their mysterious plans, the Burgermancers can raise legions of loyal undead burgers straight from the ground. And should the Burgermancer need to cross vast distances or make a quick escape, he or she can even turn into a flying burger. Burgermancers are cold and distant, typically absent from everyday society, but make for powerful allies. STICKERS Along with the Fairy stickers that were posted earlier, we will be sending out sticker packs of Princess A and Princess B. Alas, these won’t be finished before the Kickstarter ends, but we do have some progress to show!  Art by Severin!
NEW TIER! Interested in having your likeness appear in the game? Back the new “You’re a Star” tier, and when the Kickstarter ends we’ll ask for a photo and/or description of you and we will draw your likeness as an NPC or monster! (your choice!). This is the last new tier we’ll be adding to the Kickstarter. Get it while it’s hot. We are more than happy about doubling our goal, while at the same time, pretty determined to reach the big $10k. We’re so close that we can taste it. It tastes like burgers. And even with only a few days left, the pie-in-the-sky stretch goal of $15k isn’t out of the question either. We can do it! Let’s go! hoho… it occured to me we haven’t reblogged any guest art in a while, so I went through the princess panic tag to see what else we may have missed. Turns out there’s quite a bit! This one (which I chose since it’s reflective of my current state) is by Stephanie Mided, who has a lot of other cool stuff on her tumblr. 
maybe… -Josh  Introducing Shortpach! Qwilman came up with the initial idea, then several members of the team took a crack at the design. This is my final take. Bwee! -Severin  Just a few lil ole warmup drawings. Cake would make a good power-up item, no? -Severin  Visual development for the game is still ongoing. Josh’s style will feature heavily, of course, but there’s no reason to stop there. Myself and the other artists have been busy exploring some of the possibilities for how the game could look. For one thing, it’s undecided at this point which parts of the game, if any, will be 3D, which is why I tried a blocky, three dimensional look with parts of this concept piece. -Severin 
This is a very imaginative take on Josh’s initial Foresty Forest concept! It provided some inspiration for a recent round of concept art, especially with the playful shapes and lack of outlines. -Severin
